Production Support

For low or ramp-up volume support, WMPI offers fiber laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC machining and hard tool stamping to produce your metal parts. If your project and tolerances fit brake press bending, we can often perform that work with no tooling costs to you.

For higher volume production support, we run almost 60 million stampings per year at our facility. WMPI can oversee your project from the prototype stage all the way through production in progressive, compound and single-hit tools.

Our full-service tool room is available to design and build a wide variety of soft and hard tooling, stamping and forming dies. Our team will keep you up-to-date during all phases of the tooling build with weekly progress timelines. We can handle the design phase, tooling build and maintenance in our state-of-the-art facility. The WMPI quality department can meet your FAIR, PPAP and lot control requirements.
