Electrical Contact Insert Prototype
Pre-production prototypes were needed for this brass contact. We used our wire EDM capabilities to cut a stack of flat blank parts and then built soft tooling to form the bends. This was all done quickly and economically for our customer within their tight time constraints. The part is shown finished after our customer completed the molding operation.
