With the addition of our Amada Meister V3 production surface and form grinder we are able to grind a wide variety of components and shapes with minimal operator attended time. This equipment has a working area of 6.0” x 18.0” (longer parts can be accommodated with multiple setups). We are regularly working to tolerances of .0001" in size, shape and flatness. With the ability to program to your CAD model or drawings we can grind flat or 3-D contours. We also have 2-D and 3-D modeling capabilities available here if you require the assistance of one of our capable designers. Any needed grinding or checking fixtures are designed and built in-house in our state of the art tool room.
Fully proficient in materials ranging from stainless steel, Inconel, aluminum, brass, bronze, rare metals, and carbide, we are no stranger in providing CNC grinding services for such applications as cartridges, cylinders as well as contoured punches of all varieties.
