A manufacturer in the food service industry had a single supplier that was no longer able to keep up with the quantity of units that they needed. They wanted to diversity and find another qualified supplier who could handle all of the machining, fabrication, and assembly in house. Fortunately, Wisconsin Metal Parts was a good match!
This unit is a stainless steel biodigester for the food service industry. We fabricate all of the manufactured components for this unit. To do so, we utilize our fiber lasers, CNC mills and lathes, brake presses, welding, polishing, and assembly. Lastly, they are bolted to skids and carefully packaged to be sent to our customer. From there they complete their own final preparations, including software installation.
Through working together, we were able to gather enough information to get a successful start to this project and deliver the first unit with only a few minor changes needed before starting the production run.
