Our customer came to us with a need to bring this work back from overseas. They were experiencing quality issues, increases in tooling costs and a need to purchase lower volume lot sizes. After reviewing their needs, we determined our fiber laser and brake press were the best solution to create these parts with no tooling costs. We now laser cut, bend, weld and install PEM hardware at costs comparable to their previous overseas suppliers.
