Precision Metal Stamping

Small precision metal stampings can be a challenge to produce. Many of our small metal stampings are the size of a dime, or smaller. These types of micro stampings require tool makers who are experienced in making small, challenging parts that often require tight tolerances. As the material becomes thinner, the tooling cutting clearances get tighter and the precision of the tooling becomes key. This is where having state of the art equipment comes into play. Our AGIE Wire EDM department can handle wire diameters from .003-.012”. Some of the materials we commonly work with are: Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Beryllium Copper, Inconel, Phosphor Bronze, Commercial Bronze, Nikrothal and Kovar.

Wisconsin Metal Parts has a wide variety of resources to handle your custom precision metal stampings from the prototype stage all the way through production. Soft tooling, hard tooling, whatever it takes to get your contract metal stamping completed correctly in short, medium and long runs. Our design team and in-house tool room is ready to serve you. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure.
