CNC machining is a great option for consistency and quality. Wisconsin Metal Parts’ CNC Milling services feature personalized customer services and prototype through production volumes. We machine materials from billet or castings, including aluminum, zinc and stainless steel. We can machine up to 5-axis or a 3+2 axis to efficiently and accurately produce parts with minimal setups. If custom hydraulic or manual fixtures are needed, we design and build all fixtures in our tool room. We have equipment for secondary deburring and cleaning. We also have leak-testing abilities and will oversee painting and plating operations. Custom packaging is available to suit your needs.
Inspection options are customizable to your needs and can include simple feature checks, all the way through FAIR & PPAP.
