Mounting Bracket Sub-Assembly

Wisconsin Metal Parts has supported a customer in the fluid metering industry with services ranging from prototypes produced in our fiber laser machine to high-volume production stamping on this sub-assembly bracket. When volumes increased, we designed and built a progressive stamping die in our full-service tool room.

WMP has also added a secondary operation with the insertion of studs and bushings to these parts, allowing our customer to focus on final assembly of its metering units. These parts required PPAP, data collection and force testing of the studs to ensure WMP ships good parts for assembly.
