Our team can work with your existing drawings and models or get involved early in the design process to identify opportunities for manufacturability, cost reduction, and production efficiency. We can support projects from prototype quantities through production volumes while maintaining the consistency required for repeatable enclosure manufacturing.
Our metal fabrication capabilities allow us to manage the major manufacturing processes required to produce durable, repeatable enclosures. Fiber laser cutting, CNC punching, precision forming, welding, hardware insertion, and assembly can all be integrated into the manufacturing process. We also provide assembly capabilities, allowing us to install hardware and other components as part of a completed enclosure assembly. This can reduce the number of suppliers and manufacturing steps required before your product reaches final assembly.
We work with materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other specialty alloys to meet the structural, environmental, and cost requirements of your application. We can also manage secondary processes such as painting, plating, and other finishing requirements to provide a finished enclosure ready for your assembly operation.
