We specialize in challenging, close tolerance metal stampings as well as CNC machined and turned parts. It has been said that the paperwork is the most important task in this industry, and we have an experienced team to mind all of the documents and certifications as well as making sure we do not allow part qualifications to lapse.
Our vertical and horizontal CNC machining can work up to 5-axis and sub-spindle turning to 10-axis, making components for missiles and rockets. Our metal stamping department uses progressive dies, fine-blank dies and transfer tooling to make components for arming, timing and mechanical fuze delays for grenades, missiles and rockets. We work with beryllium copper, brass, aluminum, stainless, carbon steels, spring steel and some plastics to produce tight tolerance parts with very strict quality control. Our inspection includes vision systems, comparator charts, gages, CMM and other standard measuring instruments. Quality can handle FAIR, PPAP, BQFAT, Cpk, Gage R&R and any other qualifications needed, per your standards. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure. All tooling and gages are designed, built and qualified in-house. Our production tools run with die protection and QC sensors to insure consistent, repeatable parts are produced. We provide tumbling, deburring and cleaning services. We can also manage heat treat and plating through our qualified supplier network.
