Wisconsin Metal Parts supports the medical equipment industry with assemblies, tooling, gages, prototypes and production parts. Our medical customers come to us because we take time to understand their needs and develop processes around their specific quality requirements. We build medical, diagnostic and disinfection enclosures to meet customer specifications, fully or partially assembled. Our fabrication department makes frames, panels and other parts for scanners, enclosures and equipment housings out of aluminum, steel, galvanized and stainless. We work with a lot of 2B and #4 brushed stainless and can weld/polish seams. Our assembly team is panel certified to UL508A for wiring and electronic assembly, and we also handle calibration and testing.
We supply precision stainless steel production parts off progressive stamping & forming tooling for the medical and dental industries. Our CNC team is able to machine sharp cut edges on stainless steel components, capable of repetitive cutting for tissue, skin and bone applications. We also machine stainless steel components from billet and casting. Our Wire EDM department also supports the medical field making precision cutting tools and components, and can offer electropolishing and passivation.
