Wisconsin Metal Parts supports the material handling industry with Fabrication and CNC machining of components that are assembled and welded in our Fab shop. Our material handling customers come to us because we can quickly create cells to help support unexpected work surges. We supply raw material racking that holds 5×10’ sheet stock, cartridges that go from storage right into the laser machines, customized material storage, customized part and finished good storage, pallet carts, stacking racks and mini hoppers for scrap metal handling.
All of these products are manufactured in-house and weld/assembled in our multiple welding cells. Our team is certified for D1.1 Structural Welding and establishes welding & inspection procedures. Support components are done in our CNC mills and CNC turning centers. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure. We will manage painting, plating and any other subcontracting to deliver sub-assemblies or fully assembled product.
