Wisconsin Metal Parts serves the fast-moving computer, telecommunications, electronics and data center markets by producing and assembling precision, complex metal parts and components on time. Our customers come to us because of our flexibility and variety of options to cost effectively produce parts of varying volumes. Our metal stamping department uses progressive stamping dies to produce high volume, repetitive components. We design, build and run progressive stamping dies and functional gages, and have expertise with in-die hardware insertion and tapping. Our tooling often has in-die sensors for quality control and die protection. We stamp copper, brass, aluminum, stainless, carbon steels, galvanized steel, spring steel, Kovar and some plastics to create busbars, over-mold connectors, contacts, EMI/RFI shields, appliances, meters, panels and fixtures .
Our fabrication department makes frames, racks, panels, boxes, chassis, enclosures and data centers for electronic equipment. We have dedicated assembly cells to handle sub-assembly or full product assembly and our team is panel certified to UL508A for wiring and electronic assembly. We can also handle calibration and testing. Our fiber lasers cut a variety of materials including copper busbars for proto types and low volume production. Our vertical and horizontal CNC machines can work up to 5-axis and sub-spindle turning to 10-axis, working with materials like aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, carbon steels, PEEK and nylon. We produce casings, enclosures, heat sinks, sockets and connectors and more. We offer deburring and cleaning and will manage heat treating, plating and painting. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure.
