Wisconsin Metal Parts serves the fast-moving data center, telecommunications, electronics and computer equipment markets by manufacturing precision fabricated enclosures and complex metal components for OEMs. Our customers rely on us for our flexibility and variety of options to cost effectively produce parts of varying volumes. With extensive experience supporting equipment manufacturers, we help bring enclosure designs from concept through scalable production while maintaining the quality and consistency required for critical infrastructure applications.
Our fabrication department specializes in producing frames, racks, panels, chassis and precision metal enclosures, including NEMA-rated enclosures used in data center and electronic equipment. Using advanced fiber laser cutting, precision forming, welding and finishing processes, we manufacture durable, high-quality housings designed to protect sensitive systems and components. Dedicated assembly cells allow us to support sub-assemblies or full product builds, and our team is UL508A panel certified for electrical wiring and electronic assembly. We also support calibration and testing when required, helping customers streamline production and reduce supply chain complexity.
While fabricated enclosures are a core focus, our additional manufacturing capabilities allow us to also support the components that go inside them. Our metal stamping department uses progressive dies to produce high-volume, repetitive components and includes in-die hardware insertion, tapping and sensor-based quality control for die protection and process monitoring. We stamp materials such as copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steels, galvanized steel, spring steel and Kovar to produce parts like contacts, connectors, EMI/RFI shields and busbars commonly used in electronic and power systems.
Our CNC machining capabilities further support enclosure programs by producing precision components such as casings, connectors, heat sinks and mounting hardware. Our vertical and horizontal machining centers can run up to 5-axis milling and up to 10-axis turning with sub-spindles, allowing us to work with materials including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, carbon steels, PEEK and nylon. We also provide deburring and cleaning services and manage secondary processes such as heat treating, plating and painting to deliver finished components ready for integration.
Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered, and our cybersecurity practices meet NIST SP 800-171 requirements to ensure export-restricted files remain secure.
If you have a current design or concept for a fabricated enclosure or electronic assembly, we welcome the opportunity to discuss how our team can help bring it into production.
