Wisconsin Metal Parts supports the battery and power generation industries by providing metal stampings, metal fabrications, CNC machined components and assembly services. Some notable projects include; busbars, contacts, connectors, terminals, cooling fins, laminations, chassis, battery trays, brackets and solar panel components. Customers come to us because we take time to understand their current and future project and help make recommendations towards the best method of manufacturing to meet their needs.
Our metal stamping capabilities include in-house tooling design, build and stamping of a variety of materials including; copper, brass, aluminum, stainless, carbon steels, HSLA, galvanized steel, spring steel, Kovar and some plastics. Our custom stamping components are used in power delivery, power generation, power storage, solar equipment, devices, appliances and busbars. We have expertise with in-die hardware insertion and in-die tapping to create complex parts very competitively.
Our fiber lasers cut copper busbar material up to 3/16” thick for proto type to production volumes. We have CNC punching, bending, insertion, welding and assembly services available to make components used in electric vehicles, service panels, appliances, lighting fixtures, solar power, charging stations, generators and meters.
Our vertical and horizontal CNC machines can work up to 5-axis and sub-spindle turning to 10-axis, working with materials like aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, carbon steels, PEEK and nylon. We produce casings, enclosures, heat sinks, sockets and connectors and more.
A full service tool room is available to create gages, fixtures and assembly components to support your in-house assembly equipment. We can work from designs or reverse engineer a current component.
We offer deburring and cleaning and will manage converting, heat treating, plating and painting. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure.
