Wisconsin Metal Parts serves the appliance & foodservice industries with stamping, fabrication, machining and assembly services. Our customers come to us because we can offer multiple forms of manufacturing and also assemble the finished products in-house. Our team will take you from prototype through production deliveries. Metal stamping is an option when volumes are higher and consistent repeatability is needed. Our full-service tool room designs and builds tooling and gages in-house. We supply stampings such as brackets, hinges, panels, clamps, housings that are used in the Appliance & Food service industries.
Our CNC machines operate up to 34 x 64” travel with 5-axis capabilities, and we can handle most low to medium volumes of production components. Our CNC turning department can bar feed up to 3” diameter and 10-axis. We machine components such as castings, handles, actuators, manifolds, rollers, nozzles, rods and connectors.
Fabrication of stainless and sheet metal is the bulk of our food service support. We work with a lot of 2B and #4 brushed stainless and can weld/polish seams. We have fast fiber lasers that specialize in stainless, carbon, aluminum and galvanized materials. We offer forming, hardware insertion, welding, polishing and assembly. Our assembly services can provide a completed product or just a portion of a sub-assembly. We can also make components that you assemble at your facility. We build cafeteria style warmer cabinets, chip warmers, ovens, control panels, scanners, enclosures, tray seals, shelves, racks, frames and panels.
We have dedicated assembly cells for appliance and foodservice assembly. Our team is panel certified to UL508A for wiring and electronic assembly, and we can also handle calibration and testing. Wisconsin Metal Parts is ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified. Cyber security is approved to NIST SP800-171 so your export restricted (ITAR) files are always secure. Many of our foodservice assembly customers are purchasing on blanket orders to insure component availability and shorten lead times. We are willing to stock purchased items and store inventory for regular blanket shipments. We will manage painting, plating and anodizing.
