Focusing on each customer individually, Wisconsin Metal Parts’ metal stamping services deliver precision metal stampings in quantities from prototype through production runs.  While we do run stampings up to .188” thick, our sweet spot is high volume, tight tolerance, precision stampings in a variety of materials from .003”-.060” thick.  Our presses have full feed lines and are die sensor protection ready.  We run nearly 60 million stampings per year at a 98% on time delivery rate.

Production metal stamping is done using materials including aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, carbon, stainless steels and exotic metals. Our production stamping methods include progressive and single hit dies.  Deep draw, mandrel, blanking, cam dies, transfer, louvering, insertion and rolled seam dies are a few areas we have expertise in.  Our press capabilities range from 30 to 200 tons.  Please see our press specs below for more info.  We have the capability to stamp materials from .003” to .188” thick. Parts are fully inspected using our vision systems, optical comparators, CMM equipment and functional gages. Serving a variety of industries such as aerospace, defense, medical and electronics, our stampings can be applied to heat transfer products, military and defense components, and electronic assemblies to name a few.

All of our tooling is designed, built and maintained in-house using our state of the art tool room.  We also build gages and inspection fixtures in-house.  Being experts in carbide, we have increased the run times of many of our tools between sharpenings.  This saves you money on die maintenance and part costs.  We also have a full PM program for our equipment and tooling.

Our inspection processes are fully capable of First Article, PPAP, collecting CPK data, lot controlling and functional checks.  Tell us what you needs are and we will design a production process to satisfy your application.

With our compliment of CNC Machining, Fabrication, CNC Grinding, Wire EDM and a line of secondary support presses we could be a single source for your assembly and sub-assembly needs.

Get us involved early and we will help you spend your money wisely.
