CNC machining services by Wisconsin Metal Parts feature personalized customer service to provide made to order parts and components. We offer turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and grinding and we work with a variety of materials. With turning capabilities that exceed most other companies, we have bar feeding capacity to 2.6” diameter, a swing of 17.7”, and can turn parts up to 20.5” long x 11.8” in diameter. Our high-speed vertical and horizontal machining centers produce accurate and efficient machined parts that suit a wide range of industries. Part sizes can reach up to 40” x 20” x 20” for vertical milling and 24”x 24” x 28” for horizontal milling. Our state-of-the-art machinery handles 3- and 4-axis machining while attaining production tolerances to ±.0002”. Additional services include pre-production prototypes, engineering and design capabilities and in-house tool, gage and fixture building.
With our compliment of Metal Stamping, Fabrication, CNC Grinding and Wire EDM we could be a single source for your assembly and sub-assembly needs.
